Big Bubblin’ Stars (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old, the parent or legal guardian of a child between the ages of six (6) months and three (3) years at the time of entry, and who did not purchase any special equipment for the purpose of entering this Contest. Entrants must have an account with YouTube, which is free.
